Finishing a wet room another installer walked away from

The problem

The customer's previous plumber left the wet room unfinished and stopped turning up, leaving a bathroom that couldn't be used.

What we did

  • Sourced the remaining materials, plus extra parts to finish the job properly
  • Fitted the wall panels and heavy porcelain floor tiles
  • Installed the Grohe shower, sliding shower door, basin, taps, cistern, mirror and towel radiator

The result

A finished wet room the customer could finally use.

Bathroom conversion

Third bedroom turned into a luxury en-suite

The problem

The customer wanted their third bedroom converted into a full bathroom.

What we did

  • Rerouted all of the pipework through the room
  • Fitted two extractor fans for proper ventilation
  • Installed a freestanding bath, a separate walk-in shower and two 1000mm his-and-hers vanity units
  • Laid slate-effect laminate flooring throughout

A full en-suite bathroom where there used to be a bedroom.

Bathroom expansion

Bigger bathroom: wall taken down and door moved

The problem

The customer wanted more space in their existing bathroom.

What we did

  • Took down a wall and moved the door to gain the extra space
  • Found the outside wall needed remedial work, so bonded it fully before the install
  • Fitted a quadrant shower enclosure with herringbone tiles and a freestanding bath with brushed gold taps
  • Laid LVT flooring and fitted a dark walnut fluted vanity with a gold-framed LED mirror

A larger bathroom with a separate shower and freestanding bath.

The problem

What we did

  • Stripped everything back
  • Fitted a modern vanity unit with integrated WC and a bath with a dark herringbone-tiled shower surround
  • Matte black fixtures, marble-effect LVT floor tiles and wall panelling throughout

What we did

  • Ripped out the old bathroom and built a new stud wall for the layout
  • Full-height grey wall panelling and dark wood-effect LVT flooring
  • Fitted a new bath, basin and WC, with a bath panel cut to match the walls

Acoustic panel feature wall in a bedroom

The problem

The customer had bought acoustic panels and wanted them fitted neatly to a bedroom wall.

What we did

  • Measured the wall and dry-laid the panels to plan the layout
  • Fitted 6 full panels plus one 200mm cut to suit the wall
  • Fixed to the solid block wall and cleaned up the same day

The result

A half-day job: a finished feature wall that changes the look of the room.
