The customer wanted their third bedroom converted into a full bathroom. We rerouted all pipework throughout the room and installed two extractor fans to ensure proper ventilation. The finished space features a freestanding bath, a separate walk-in shower, two 1000mm his-and-hers vanity units, and slate-effect laminate flooring throughout.

The customer wanted to increase the size of their existing bathroom. We took down a wall and repositioned the door to gain the extra space. During the works we discovered the exterior wall needed remedial attention, so we fully bonded it before starting the install. The finished bathroom features a herringbone-tiled quadrant shower enclosure, a freestanding bath with brushed gold taps, LVT flooring, and a dark walnut fluted vanity unit with a gold-framed LED backlit mirror.

A straightforward rip-out and replace, bringing a tired old bathroom completely up to date. Everything was stripped back and the space was finished with a modern fitted vanity unit with integrated WC, a bath with dark herringbone-tiled shower surround, matte black fixtures, marble-effect LVT floor tiles, and wall panelling throughout for a clean, contemporary look.

A complete rip-out and replacement that required us to build a new stud wall as part of the layout, before fitting the full bathroom suite. The finished result features full-height grey wall panelling, dark wood-effect LVT flooring, a quadrant shower enclosure, and a new bath, sink and WC — transforming a stripped shell into a clean, modern bathroom.
