Our Approach

How we handle every job

We keep things simple, honest and stress-free from your first call to the final finish.

Full Installations

Whether you're starting from scratch or refitting an existing bathroom, we manage the entire project. From stripping out the old suite to tiling, plumbing connections and final fit-off, everything is handled professionally.

Wet Rooms

Wet rooms require careful waterproofing and precise drainage installation. See the Cardiff wet room we completed after another installer left it unfinished.

Tiling & Finishing

Good tiling makes or breaks a bathroom. We take care with tile layout, cuts and grouting to produce a clean, professional finish that lasts.

Supply & Fit

Not sure where to start with choosing products? We can advise on suites, tiles and fittings, and source everything on your behalf — removing the stress of coordinating multiple suppliers.

Do you supply the bathroom suite?

Yes — we offer a full supply and fit service. We can help you choose products and source everything, or we're happy to work with materials you've already purchased.

Can you work around an existing layout?

Absolutely. We can work within your existing layout or, if you want to move plumbing or drainage, we can advise on what's involved and include this in the quote.

Do you cover Cardiff and Newport?
